Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only if under “Processing”. Once the order is “Shipped” cancellation is not possible.
Refunds
Refund can be requested from Orders dashboard. Refund request will be reviewed by Qidri team and will be approved only if cancellation conditions are met.
Refund requests for “Shipped”, “Delivered”, “Completed”, “Pending”, “Failed” orders will be rejected. There is no refund to Cash on delivery cancelled orders.
Please note that accepted refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
Exchanges
Orders cannot be exchanged.
Returns
Orders cannot be returned.
